Craft Show

I participated in a long overdue craft show recently. It was at Qualcomm, a place where many of my girlfriends work. I set up shop outdoors on a very cold day. It was fun getting out and meeting people face to face.

Oldie but a Goodie

Nick, Owen and I have been going to garage sales at the crack of dawn every Saturday. It has been so much fun. I have been looking for a small mid century table to put my record player on. When I saw this I fell in love! A record player for my record player. It was priced at $25, but since it doesn't work we got it for $10. It looks so cute in our little home.

First Aid Kit

Last week I took a little road trip with my best friend. One of our FAVORITE bands First Aid Kit was playing in L.A.
It's so rare that we go to a show, let alone one that's 2 hours away. But we were so glad we went. The Swedish sisters Johanna and Klara looked so beautiful and their voices were amazing! We got choked up listening to them sing our favorite songs.

Costumes!

I just delivered the last of my vintage and handmade costumes to "Whatever".
Drop by my favorite store in and check them out. Whatever has an awesome collection of diy, vintage, and new clothing. I never get out of there without buying something amazing and inexpensive!

I have finally returned!

I have been away for so very long. I apologize for that. I was busy getting married!
It was a diy ceremony all the way. Lots of time designing, sewing, and crafting. So now this newlywed is anxious to get back to work.

As for right now I have the photos from my bridal shower. It was such a wonderful party thrown together my my best girlfriends. Lots of diy touches. Enjoy the pictures!

Comic Con

Living in San Diego, I look forward to Comic Con every summer. This year I cant wait to see the cast of Sons of Anarchy(again)!!! The people watching could entertain me all weekend. So many people dress up very elaborately. Sometimes its nice to show up in a little comic themed summer dress.
